  • eine frage. ich denke du hast schonmal barfuß auf ähnlichem grund abgerollt. machst du da irgendwas anderst (setzt du wie viele andere z.b. den unterschenkel auf)? da es bei der 2. rolle danach aussieht, als hätte sie wehgetan.

  • ja die zweite sieht echt schmerzhafter aus, vor allem weil er mit dem schulterblatt den boden berührt! aber sont perfekt :D vor allem die erste x!!!

  • well first thing i see you actually "land on your hands" while in the original, your hands only lead to your shoulders..

    in an actual roll you shouldn't even feel that your hands get any impact, so.. yea -_-

  • i do not, they lead to my shoulders - if you would have noticed the "slowmotion" pictures...so...yea -_-

  • Very beautifull nice roll. But i see at second roll at 29-30, that's where i allways get it wrong and hurt my shoulder a bit. It seems like you are hurting it a bit too. OR don't i see it good.

  • i like it, iv been working on mine, but i have to do a different varyation of mine because of skelital structure, my pelvis petrudes out at the back causing pain in a roll normaly so i have to sort of sausage roll haha

  • Well that can be solved by bulking up your back. I had the same problem couple years ago.

  • Well among best excercises for building back muscles are (for upper back) pulups, muscleups, rowing, while for the lower back deadlifts, powercleans, and snatches. As you can see lot of those excercises require weights, as without added resistance you can hardly build any muscle mass which is the key here
