IMHO great...castronovo should work and improve breathing (cercate di asciugare in mezza voce MUST be done all legato otherwise you are not an AAA class tenor). Notwhitstanding he pronounciates italian very well he has the typical problem of anglophone tenors in singing vowel "a" in piena voce which remains a little bit in the throat. "indietro" too back. His voice will grow up in volume and get a more dramatic registro allowing him to sing all the repertoire of a tenore lirico A new star?
