Industrilization itself hijected us into current situation. Definately capitalism itself should pay the price. I suggest approach the problem without this market, money, cost bla bla bla notions, in a totally collabrative way. This transformation should not only take place in economic level.

Does it take into account the co2 emission in the past since almost all the extra co2 in the sky is from industrialization process in the past?

The whole emission goal projection seems problomatic to me. It's like walking on a very thin and fine line, almost like betting with nature, playing dice with nature. I think it's almost like a joke to me to approach this problem in current manner.
