The aliens have a perfect camputer system with no problem so if they can exposure their system with a virus which block their possibilities it was possible for the humans to attack their ships, the aliens obviously never thought theyre shields can be broken so they lost the battle but the thing with the found ship and than the fly to the mothership was really obviously -.- i mean it got repaired...
