@lolguyman100 nope, shadow's got a different backstory, actually if you go with the whole "sonic and the others are no longer on their own world" aspect of the story, their own initial refusal to believe the other is original is supported, and ironically it was because of shadow that sonic even learned how to use the individual chaos emeralds (although super sonic he always had)
