You need to learn about the atmosphere. A single cumulus cloud has 550 TONS of water in it. This would be the combined load of 7 supertanker jets (modified 747's), or 50 regular size tankers PER CLOUD. To spray the clouds in your video, you would see fleets of planes over you. And that's just your little airspace. Now think of all the clouds you see, even just going 10 miles away. Ever see whole fleets of planes spraying? NO. Are there enough in the world to do it? NO
