Did you get the red/black interior combo from Chevy? I received the first Camaro in Arkansas (I didn't want to wait haha) so my options were limited... Does any company offer that package aftermarket?

Thats exactly what I did to mine. It starts to get a bit of a drone at about 83mph. Anything below that is great.

P.S. I kept up with a '11 5.0, his headlights were at my door and never moved all the way through 140mph.

awesome videos man. i was going to go with the MBRP system for my 1ss/ls3 but i think you've just changed my mind for me.

i'm a little concerned about the loss of torque but i don't think it'll be that noticeable.  is it?

@kankk23 I haven't heard anyone say it's noticeable at all. I had the mufflers out within a couple days of buying the car, and I hadn't yet floored it, so I'm not really sure.

to me thats not loud at all inside the car, and when you took off from a stop it sounds great to me... i've heard some expensive aftermarket exhausts with tons of drone to them at highway speeds... i didnt see anything really noticable on yours man... Nice ride.. :)

Awesome man! I had an RX8 before and people with straight pipes had flames shooting from the back. Is this because you still have the cats in place and they act as fire traps?

my dad has a silver one but its a 2lt, not an ss. his also has the rs package. He said that if he had a choice of a v6 or v8 he would have picked v8. he didnt have a choice unless he wanted to wait 6 months( nobody wants that) his is from the chevy near where i live. they were going out of bussiness and he got the one from the chevy place. we were lucky.

just on the mufflers, which doesn't matter since the mufflers aren't there anymore. if you have a problem with the car, the only way chevrolet wouldn't have to pay for it is if they could prove, without a doubt, that the modification caused the problem....and how many problems can straight pipes cause?
