    Male 45-54 <.< gee i wonder why

  • @carlosdanielalicea Because kids like to come in using parents' accounts or lie about their age in an attempt to be taken more seriously.

  • The only stat that doesn't change when ditto (or mew) transforms is its HP

  • I have to give the opponent points because that was a smart move. Using sleep. So it was fully healed and it had a Chesto Berry. So it could wake up after the health was fully restored.

  • Ice is super-effective against GROUND. Not rock.

  • is this for the 360 if it is ima get it :D

  • Pokémon Battle Revolution is for the Wii.

  • @upsandme1 LOL. is this for the 360?

  • That doesn't really make sense and is impossible considering my circumstances.

  • is this game for 360?

  • @empoleon12341 I think hydro pump would've been a better choice to kill regirock

  • a) Opponent had Light Screen up (I think)

    b) Ice moves are not super effective against Rock types. Ground is weak to ice.

    c) Masquerain gains no STAB from Ice Beam, so it isn't effective at all. (STAB is same type attack boost)

Hydro Pump may have been better, but I doubt it will have done the job either.

So, think carefully before you make harsh comments. :)

Good battle! It just goes to show that Ditto can be a tough customer.

  • @Reaperdoctor ice is super effective against rock.

  • @rohaanshayminfan No, it's not. Ice does regular damage to Rock.

  • @Overhazard sorry i was battling a golem and it was super effective. but then i realised golem was a ground type.

  • @Overhazard correct

  • regirock is awesome, its eyes are cool, they light up!

  • AWESOME

  • that was a bit of a sloppy battle... sloppier than the others anyway

  • Omg. He made a awesome come back! Awesome battle!

  • Why does ditto's HP not change after transform ?

  • Out of tradition, perhaps. But I think it's also because it would cause problems in deciding whether Ditto keeps the HP remaining, the HP lost, or the proportion of HP before the Transform rounded down to the nearest integer.

  • yes and it had the same moves as fearrow jajaja i think it was a bug in the game

  • thats for the tip about ditto coping stats that will make my ditto more worthy for my team

  • something funny and strange passed me against a ditto when i was going to capture one i was going to use my fearrow then he used transform and i used mirror move jajaja then he used mirror move then to then me to and when i caught it it was not a ditto no its remained in a fearow jajajajajaja

  • Ditto permanently turned into Fearow?

  • So if you use a lvl 28 ditto against a lvl 50 pokemon, would it copy it's stats?

  • If that Pokémon were at Level 28, I think.

  • lardo?lol!isn't that an insult?

  • That's the name of the battle pass.

  • u might be glad that he dind't transformed in Regirock lol. that would be hard 2 get through

  • i wonder what will happen if someone gave choice scarf to a ditto cause first you do transform but you lose that attack are you unable to attack.i ask this because im thinking about training a ditto and its very slow and i want it to transform first.

  • I don't know. I've considered that myself, but that Ditto wouldn't work so well against some Pokémon.

  • i really wouldnt consider training a ditto for competitive battleing but its fine if u really dont give a rats ass about winning

  • Dittos are very very fun to use. I get to do a new strategy every time I send it out.

Considering I've found a use for the likes of Corsola and how there are killer Spindas out there, I think I can find a use for Ditto, especially since I've learned more about them and how the mechanics of Transform improves all the time.

  • You have a ditto!?

  • Why is that such a surprise? You can get them by using the PokéRadar east of Canalave.

  • How do you get the pokemon costume? I'm new at pbr. I already beat the stargazer boss and became the poketopia master... HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

  • You get the outfits by going through the game a second time. After you've seen the outfits, you go through the colosseum again, and once you beat the first set, you'll get that Colosseum Leader's outfit.

  • thank lol im a noob

  • If you just started playing, you can't be expected to know everything already, so I don't blame you.

  • thanks anyway

  • By th way Ditto does not copy the HP stat if it helps you.

  • Yep...which means that Ditto is best off EVed in HP. And maybe Speed.

  • yeah ditto copies everything it sucks if your not using him

  • Hmm, =o Not bad but I'll still say, you probably should of struck out Ditto while you had LEN out there, seeing as LEN's Bug Buzz could wipe out your Bella.

Ditto's are beast if it copies your best pokemon, or atleast a powerful one.

  • Especially since I didn't take it seriously. I had thought that Ditto's stats remain the same, like the way Ditto worked in Generation 1.

  • Firemarth, you are one stupid person, the ditto didn't learn energy ball (it can't anyway) it's cause it cloned the bellossom

  • Amm... stupid... I mean "using" Energy ball Against ditto. the trainer could chose another attack to use against him, because the risk of ditto riding out of the sleep and morphing into bellossom or masquerain was obvious. Rather than choose energy ball to attack ditto, trainer could choose a safest attack, like sludge bomb (normal effect against a masquerain/plusle morph or natural ditto, super effective against bellossom morph) and not attacking ditto with energy ball.

  • You don't know how to read, isn't? I highly reccomend to read carefully before talking.

  • U got owned lol

  • u thought you were winning than u lost

  • Energy ball on ditto! that was the selfdestructing mistake!

    Godd battle anyway...

  • u idiot! don´t u know how transform works?

  • I was not meaning "teaching energy ball to ditto" (ussualy, when somebody desire to say "he teached energy ball to a ditto" then write "he teached energy ball to ditto", understand what i mean?)

I was meaning lardo shooting an energyball to ditto. ahh... stupids trolls...

  • lol Lardo :D

  • nice that showed a lost

  • At first I thought Lardo was going to lose. You were doing great!!!!!! What happened??

  • that was a nice comeback

  • Bellossom uses 1 Energy ball on Regirock, he faints. Or Lan uses 1 HydroPump in Regircok he 100% faints.

  • if i were you, i would of used bug buzz on ditto to kill it so it can make ur team sleep then after stone edge KO's it switch to negan then use thunder on regirock, thats what i would do :)

  • If you mean when I chose Hydro Pump on Regirock, I didn't know that Ditto copies stats. I treated it as a Pokémon with Base Stats of 48 in everything--just that it now had Bellossom's type, attacks, and appearance.

  • dude, if i ask for a thumbs up, i'm going to get a thumbs down so i won't ask.

  • regi rock had a nice combo using rest then the berry to wake it up ;D

    good oppondent

  • i dont see any thumbs down

  • wow really nice battle, your opponent was sure good, first i thought why the hell did he choose Ditto, but i didnt know they also copy the stats ... and that you could use electric attacks against a Regirock (they are rock types right?)

anyway too bad you lost :(

  • Yeah, rock types can be hit by electric attacks, but only ground types are invulnerable to them. If you see a rock type not take damage from them, it's probably a rock/ground type.

  • wa O.O man shame on me i play pokemon scince years, and i never noticed that T.T *shaaamee*

  • Hey, it's all good. Everybody, including myself and Overhazard (no offense whatsoever), makes rookie mistakes sometimes. =D

  • i always thought psychic was super effective against ghosts because it SEed gengar... now i know its cause its poison

  • I think maybe from pokemon r/b/y, there were only rock/ground type pokemon and ghost/poison pokemon, so that might have created the assumption. I know because I used to think that, too.

  • wut an amazing comeback, u shulda iced that ditto at the start:P then u culda jus ganged on regirock, good to learn then u will be perfecct in no time

  • fuck that trainer who beat Plusle and Minun

  • So anyone who out-thinks overhazard must get insulted, no one can win every single battle.

  • It's pretty funny someone gave you a thumbs-down for that comment.

  • I guess you have some fanboys/girls XD

  • And then because I mentioned it, the thumbs-down is gone.

  • Now that's the truly funny part.

  • Status report: It's back.

  • 0_0?....wow...i thought that grass knot would do severe damage on regirock..but it barley did anyghing..

  • Gosh! You picked the wrong PKMN this time. This is the first time I see a Ditto in this game.

  • Now,that Regirock is something

  • Come to think of it, I dunno how Ditto works myself.. Does he also copy their EV placements, or keep his own? And what about IVs? o_o

  • Ditto copies all of the stats of its target except the HP. This makes Ditto a lot better since Generaiton 1, when it would keep its own stats. It still has the disadvantage of having to spend a turn to use Transform, however.

  • ..I think I'll train one of those now. That's pretty awesome.

I wonder which powder is better, and if the powder still works after he transforms..

  • There's a big disadvantage: Before Ditto Transforms, all of its stats are 48. If you'll attach one of Ditto's powders, it'll most likely faint before it gets a chance to use Transform. (Transform should have become an Ability as well as a move.)

  • Ouch. I wonder if it might be a good idea to hand it a Quick Claw and pray for the best.

  • Lucario has 252 EVs in Attack.

  • you did really well apart form you having your loss, what i would had done for regrock was take out plustle andf minun together then weaken it down. and then take out bellosum and masqurain

  • You made the best of a bad situation, so well done, regardless of your loss. If I'm honest, I would've been more impressed if the opponent hadn't used a legendary.

  • Thanks again for the game, next time I'll take on one of your 1vs1 teams...

As I said earlier in the other area, Ditto is ideally meant to transform into Tauros for double intimidate or if they switch trying to escape it, they get tagged again. If Mime has light screen up it really limits the effectiveness of the other team... I also think switching Masquerain wasn't such a good idea, energy ball on Regirock, bug buzz to Ditto.

  • Double Intimidate doesn't happen unless both Pokémon already have Intimidate to begin with. Intimidate takes effect when the Pokémon enters play with that Ability.

  • With Ditto that's not true. That used to be true in R/S but not in DP, so if Gardevoir or something traces it, or Ditto gains intimidate by transform, it triggers then, not when it comes into battle.

  • Very true; the same happens with Role Play and Skill Swap.

  • That's odd. I could swear I've seen this same situation happen in PBR's double battles and D/P Battle Tower where Intimidate doesn't take effect.

  • I'm surprised Grass Knot did so little to a Regirock. It is a heavyweight, so Grass Knot would be really powerful.

  • I was rather surprised also. I guess the Light Screen really messed things up bad for me.

  • I could've sworn that you had the game won. Great battle though.

  • Yay for the fact Australia has got great players! (I'm Australian)

But the fact that you are one of my favourite players on You Tube and you losed, thats bad. (Marriland and Tantan255)

  • Oh tough lost, I was rooting for you entire time, for the most part your opponent definitely knew what they were doing, also transforming into Bella was really lucky/clever on their part

  • first time i seen dito used i might get one

  • when light screen faded why was it blue? isn't is usually gold?

  • Isn't the gold reflect?

  • The three reasons you lost: The Light Screen, the sleep of Post, and the fact that Len's Hydro Pump missed. It was a good match, though.

  • Personally, I would've used Ice Beam. More accurate, and it would work on Ditto/Bellosum.

  • holy crap! complete turn around i could of sworn you would win, great battle
