There is absolutely no problem with 連讀. The problem is his fake accent and exaggeration. It's ok to have Chinese accent, but don't pretend to have native accent and exaggerate it.

BTW, I don't think there is any problems with my English as I have lived in North America for over 15 years.

我諗大家的意思是這個男子不應該上超級巨星，可能是因為他沒有很­­高的潛質，就如在 American Got Talent 的節目中表演一些低級雜技。或者舉多個例，一個沒有學識、樣貌及­身材­的女子去參選港姐，台下一眾男士會怎樣看？

而且他找來 Ella 一同合唱這首歌更是大錯特錯，因為 Ella 的歌聲比這個 "巨星" 好聽得多。即是說，男巨星的聲音被別人搶了或者蓋過了，不知道的­還以為 Ella 才是參賽的女巨星！

再說，最重要的是，有需要懂得唱歌才有資格評論嗎？通過比較兩人­的歌聲已經足夠了！
