You know when Val Kilmer did the Doors movie he was asked by the band to join them on the road because Val sounded just like Jim. Val did his own singing on the soundtrack and in the movie. There wouldn't even be a Doors if it weren't for Ray making the recommendation, and Jim couldn't play any instruments therefore he was only one element of the whole sound. I just say this cause I think it's messed up when a bands front man gets all the attention when the rest of the band works just as hard(if not harder.)
