I really believe she developed an eating disorder around the time where she was heading up to release The Fame Monster. She looks tired an in interviews around this era she did not seem the happy, excitable and completely enthusiastic woman you see in her interviews today.I mean she looks really skinny here but not really toned, like shes wasting muscle away. And she is real skinny now, but you can tell its actually healthy muscle and she has soo much more energy live.
