It seems that reincarnation cannot be proven. How do you know you have the closest hit;
is there a way to go "higher and higher"? Do you chat with so called angelic beings during your stay at the "higher level"?

Just go as high as you can. Never stop for chats and other diversions. Also remain in the body, so you don't go on any long journeys all over the astral planes.
