I was at the launch and spoke to this guy, he didnt seem anywhere near as pissed off as he does in this video. maybe a bad time, maybe she pissed him off. anyway, mr gilbert seemed a lil' rude in this. he's not though. :D

Nice. I got mine the day after.
Stevenage store had 175 units delivered and sold 35 on launch day. 15 the day after.
I think it's great. The staff are generally misinformed at o2 stores. For example contary to their beliefs you can PAC your number after you activate, the iTunes activation is not your point of not return for inputting a PAC to o2.

Even if I where to queue for something like this, I would pass the store a few times and wait for someone else to queue first, that way I wouldn't be stuck there forever and waste a day unnecessarily.
That being said, I have just remember I camped out first in line at Toys'r'us for the XBox 360 launch. That was different though (for a number of reasons).
