The reason Storm regenerated was because of Lich's Chain Frost. It's based on a 0.01 second Sleep, but apparently Storm was in a state where every skill had an infinite duration on him, so Sleep lasted indefinitely, just like Lion's Impale.

the panda was supposed to die by the Finger of Death, but the lich king healed him, which is a bug. So I guess the panda had entered a death mode (by the bug) and therefore the stun remained there. After all, its a funny bug.
