Yeah, Horizons was shut down in 1999 I think, but was replaced by Mission Space. FWIW - Horizons was better! Donate button, great idea :-)

How did you get the soarin show video?

We used video segments from a number of different DVDs that has good fly-over footage. Most of it came from the "over" series: Over Arizona, Over California, Over America.

You should make a slightly better custom ride system for your soarin!

Such as using a gymbal, a rod that can have the same properties as teh ride vehicle but be controlled with less force. You could also strengthen the seats!
