Just take Ryu, and continuously do the tatsumaki senpuu kyaku, he's so dumb, he can't escape it once you have him in the corner.

But on vs. he is the cheapest motherfucker ever. Simply start doing the hundred hand slap, and move towards the opponent. He'll be fucked if he doesn't have some sort of a projectile to attack you from range.
