I'm guessing the "Mother" is his ex-wife, the "Virgin Child" his daughter, and the "no more" as a reference to the game's title as well as a sort of mood or philosophical theme to the story. He said he just saw his daughter for the 1st time in 10 years, so I'm guessing that the mother failed to raise her properly and so she grew to be ungrateful and 'bitchy'.
