The city center of athens every week covered by teargas clouds many injured students after each demo etc. This is only one part of the brutality. See about the torture or deaths of prisoners

the capitalism-socialism-anarchism-fascism-communism debate can be a whole new debate... the problem with disbanding capitalism is the disruption factor... how many die, starve, are oppressed in transition? what right do we have to push the mentality of "better to die free, than live on your knees" on the masses, both those within the market system and those who are used by it.
I am well aware that most anarchists do not use violence as their primary tool. I am sorry if my tone in this video seems especially critical of anarchist movements, i meant only to say that the protest was disrupted rather than helped by their presence (in this case). It is more than likely that there were many anarchists protesting who did not disrupt the procession, and im sure it was frustrating to them as well.

Dunno about that to be honest,state capitalism is practically impossible to break down into a nicer,less corrupt entity,and anyway there are loads of liberal,centrist organisations trying to do that already,begging for crumbs off the elite and establishment forces.
Violence is not a primary Anarchist tactic but is used when deemed necessary to defend a march,damage corporate or state property or fight against police and state repression.
