get used to it now, so don't really hurt.

but it's hard to maintain the leg and body position (e.g. turn out ), as they are quite different when it comnes to pole-dancing

BEAUTIFUL GIRL!! you looked wonderful and my can you dance & in those shoes on your toes..INCREDIBLE. i only wish i could have that talent! i loved it! im sorry 4 whatever it is you are going thru ((hugs)) having personal battles myself lately that have me very down so i can relate from one pole pal to another, i hope things get better for you really soon. i think i upload more when iam goin thru stuff cuz its a mental outlet for me, but i retreat from everything else. its good therapy. a+ job!
