  • ur such a fag... "OOoooo look at me i poop with my sex hole.... " .... Sea horses cm'on... whats nxt barbies..!!!

  • its a very good video but your tank looks quite dirty :(

  • What is the specie of this seahorse?

  • We say "nature" as if it's a benevolent being which if left alone will always produce the perfect circumstances for each and every single living thing. Nature is; earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, tidal waves, predators killing off other species, viruses, infections, deformities, ice ages, heat waves... Only when man and nature work together in a positive and harmonious way do we get the best results.

  • Once seahorses have been replenished enough and habitats are secured, people will begin to re acclimate them to that scenario, but there will always be seahorses that are captive bred and can be adopted by caring people, it's the best of both worlds.

  • and animals thrive on love and companionship which they 100% have with the other creatures in the tank, it's simply a mini version of nature. But humans are part of nature too and as some seahorses could end up living in a shallow pool of water crated by a storm and forever cut off from the rest of the sea, which happens in nature, man creating a living environment in a home is an example of nature as well.

  • First off, humans who are helping species such as seahorses replenish and not become extinct couldn't do so if they left it all to "nature", and a large tank like that to those seahorses IS nature, they don't think like we do and want bigger and better homes, cars, computers.... That tank contains everything they need and more, they are for the most part as safe as they could ever be

  • @maze70

I know your comment was 2 years ago but I'm answering it for the benefit of people now who watch this vid then see it.

Most endangered species are so because of "natural" reasons such as climate change, over population of predators, etc. Not because too many people went and got seahorses and bright them home!!! It's a very easy thing to simply say, "leave it all to nature", but in saying so, ignorance is allowed to spread.

  • why r they called the sea"horses"

  • SEA HORSES, FOREVER!

  • cute! I LOVE SEAHORSES!!!!!

  • Interesting, but you should have used a net!

  • I love YouTube!! This is a great post!!

  • How many of the babies that hatched survived?

  • THATS A MALE SEAHORSE!

  • "THATS A MALE SEAHORSE! "

    ---

Umm... No it's not. Males have a brood pouch. Oh, and your caps lock button must be stuck.

  • It doesn't get much cuter than those baby seahorses -- thanks!

  • this was the best 5 minutes and 30 seconds of my life.

  • Omfg, didn't acclimate? You're asking for death

  • sweet pea...what a name

  • Sweet Pea looks very happy. Good luck with you seahorses!

  • what does a happy seahorse look like?

  • well did you know that by tank breeding seahorses, we have helped its species replenish. you do know its in the endangered species right?

  • yes acctually..and for your information i happend to be a seahorse in my past life thank you very much. haha jk jk im not a professional seahorse "breeder" or expert i never pretended to be. i dont really even care that much. sorry if i offended you by saying that the seahorses looked depressed it was an off hand comment..but u shouldnt argue too much how can you prove a seahorses happiness as much as i can

  • Comment removed

  • thats ironic, leave them alone in the first place and they wont be endangered right?

  • thats ironic, leave them alone in the first place and they wont be endangered right?

  • Thanks for this well-done video. Seahoarses are so uniquely beautiful to me.

  • great video my friend. Loved your aquarium. I will try to get a video of mine too

  • this was truly a joy to see....thanks

  • This is awesome! I wish I had the commitment to have a salt water tank with sea horses! Maybe some day...

  • O wow this is so neat Hi sweet pea!

  • Sea-Monkeys® are a unique species of brine shrimp, known by the scientific name of Artemia NYOS.

  • this is great man i have to give it to ya

  • may each and every seadevil r.i.p. he slaughters the poor cretures then pretends love is in his heart.r.i.p. sea mosnsters.

  • OMG!! He just had loads of little tiny sweet peas!

  • This is amazing buddy, thanks for sharing it :)

  • my pea is more than sweet, it tastes like straberries

  • WHAT? is that true? anser please, marinezen!

  • he murdered each and every poor seadevil within hours of filming them.r.i.p. poor fishys ;o(

  • he don´t like animals. why does he do then or that, however, this way is?

  • Sweet Pea and friends "ROCK" Thanx for sharing.

  • Theres plenty of worse atrocities to concern yourself with than this harmless captivity. Just type up animal cruelty and watch the stuff, if you can.

  • dont adopt animals ,let the animals free in there natural habitat you crazy bowheads people

  • The animals cannot survive in the wild. They tried to turn a panda loose in the wild it died. If you treat your animals well they have a happy and longer life than in the wild.

  • You fucking moron, you really think domesticated dogs would go free in their "natural" habitat? The humane society is swamped with dogs and if they were to release them into the wild, they'd die! Any idiot knows domesticated dogs wouldn't be able to survive on their own, they can't even hunt like even cats do

  • I WISH I HAD SEA TANK !!

  • sweat pea kicks ass uhuh seahorses are so cool

  • Captive Breading is SAVING MANY species and meny Endangered species of Animal...

  • they are bread/created for a person/s to have the feel of ocean life in one's home... if we where to start collecting crabs, fish,SEAHORSES or any other ocianic creatures off the beach and taking it home for OUR benifit's then we should all aggree and stand together and say "put those creatures back in their natural habitat where they belong!"... If you have that attitude on seahorses do you say that captive breading cows for beef is beyond CRAZY?... THINK B4 YOU SPEEK!

  • tiochuca your a "SMACKTARD" and you've just shown everybody you didnt listen to a single word "Marinezen" was saying... these are "CAPTIVE BREADS" if you where to do as you say and "put those creatures back in their natural habitat where they belong!" everyone of them would proberly be eaten or die of starvation due to captive breads not being taught to eat/hunt live food, these seahorses are not just collected from the ocean and plonked in a tank.

  • very cool, now put those creatures back in their natural habitat where they belong! [2]

  • very cool, now put those creatures back in their natural habitat where they belong!

  • I want one!!!!! I've always been fascinated with sea horses.

  • i want a sea horse

  • Are they hard to take care of?

  • Yes, sea horses need to live in a salt water aquarium which take both a lot of commitment to care for, and is really expensive to set up.

  • the info was great u were awsome 5out of 5 great job

  • KOOL! dat ws such a wikd vid, i luvd it! so informative! thnx!

  • C O O L !!!

  • hmm i guess i just dont like seahorses to be in a tank

  • i really like the part when baby seahorses got out of the pouch...they're soooo cute!!!

  • its so great to see an educational video. and so cute, too! i appreciate your commitment to saving the reefs and treating these animals with care.

  • i couldn live with having a seahorse in a glass square in my living room...Theyre my favourite creature.

  • What incredible creatures, is the environment difficult to keep at an equilibrium for the sea horse? I do believe that I could watch them for hours on hours they are so special! Thank you for the short educational narrative!

  • Soooo cute and sweet

  • if its a stresfull situation for it then why did you pull it out of the water with you hands ? as opposed to gently floating it in to a jar etc: - plus shouldnt you have had gloves on you hands ??

  • you have a beautiful aquarium! they seem very happy

  • That was great footage! The first part was crucial to stop people from spontaneously buying a cute animal that is difficult to take care of and also "Discovery Channel" like informative. Great Job!

  • best animal video i have ever seen

if wonder if the baby seahorsies didnt get sucked into the cleaning system, or did u put them in a seperate tank?

  • That was awesome

  • oh wow..there so cute.I could watch them for hours ooooo did anyone Notice Nemo lol i got a bit giddy when i saw the fish ..o.O

  • The more I watch this the more I want to do an educational video too, about corals & fish (salt) since thats what I have. Gets me thinking! :o) Thanks for that, I needed inspiration.

  • I agree with everyone. I want one too. lol I have always liked them. What is their general life span? They seem to grow fast.

  • The seahorses are so cute! I want one now! lol

That was really cool when the litte babies were born, but I would be so afraid that they would end up going through the filter or something. . .How many survived? Did they all survive?

  • Sweet Pea is so CUTE <3 ^_^ LMFAO

  • Seahorses freaked me out until I saw this video. Thanks for posting this. Now I want my own seahorses!! The horsey ride, the coral hugging, and the birth/babies growing are my favorite parts!! ((:

  • lmao soooooo sadd

  • Wonderful. So cute.

Was that plankton at the end of the video?

  • IT WAS SOOOO CUTE!!!! SWEEEET ;) like it.. wanna have that too :) its sqeeeeekiyyyie

  • Wow ! I've always thought Seahorses were real trippy, I can see that I was right. How are they cared for ? Are they in salt water ?

  • that was realy realy boring

  • How much would it cost too just have a small salt water tank of just like two seahorses how much does it cost too maintain and all and also if they breed is that hard too take care of the babies cause i know seahorses dont have stomachs or soemthing i heard so they have too constantly be fed soo just let me know thanks great video

  • what sucks... is that male seahorses have the babies not the female. Poor seahorse men...

  • how incredible. I'm thinking of creating a salt water tank. i'l do more research on seahorses before t5rying to get some. thank you for the video.

  • your hobby is cool, the seahorses are so cute!

  • Oh my God! YOu murdered all those sea monkeys!

  • From a 20 gallon fresh water tank owner (I have three 6" Bala sharks)... very nice, and informative!

  • Nice hobby!

  • Thanks so much for show us sweet pea. You really love your seahorses. I feel happy to see this. I really liked seeing the babies born. Congrats for the new babies.

  • Fasinating! That must be VERY high maintance. I could never own a salt water tank for that reason. I'm curious. I thought coral was an endangered species? Where would you buy it?

  • you can buy corals in any fish store that sells em and you can buy more exotic one via the internet, though I would only do internet buying if you live in the US, they have a guarantee, most of em. They are not an endangered species. Some are most are not. You wont find endangered ones being sold anywhere, if you do they are doing something wrong. :o)

  • Interesting. Thank You so much for this video. I have never seen anyone who has seahorses for pets. Keep up the videos so we all learn more about these fasinating animals.

  • That was very good! Thank you =)

  • an amazing video and voiceover. thank you for sharing your passion and gentle nature.

and i haven't read anything much funnier in my life than a pack of killer seahorses. i can't stop laughing.

i'm actually quite envious at your prowess and ability. again, thank you for sharing your knowledge. kisses to sweet pea.

  • cool video. it must be hard keeping up that tank. sure looks good though.

  • That's nice

  • I love it:) cute

  • I believe these things can become quite dangerous. They are OK if you keep them in a tank and limit their life span. But if they got out into a drain or some such they can grow to amazing sizes. In the deep ocean some have been known to attack and kill Killer wales...they were in a hunting pack of course...the horses not the wales!!

  • I loved this video

  • I had a friend who had an aquarium with lots of tropical fish and I was extremely jealous. Guess what I did about it? The only thing I could! I dropped a watch battery into the tank and, gradually, they all died of mercury poisoning. LOL. And, as if that wasn't cool enough, a couple of months later I electrocuted a catfish with a 240 V cable. It was weird: snap, crackle and pop! Just like a bowl of Rice Crispies. I'm thinking of getting some fish myself.

  • stevo, ur a fuckin asshole dude XD

  • u EVIL TWAT!

  • That is beyond awesome!!! Beautiful, wonderful creatures.

  • that was too cool!! I have a saltwater tank you sure did make it look easy i've payed hell keeping mine yours is beautiful with those babie!!

  • i swear those r so ugly its scary

  • I loved your video. I love the fact that you keep them in a home. I have seen so many documenteries on sea horses been caught for strange medicines and all that. These sea horses seem so tame and happy. I am glad you braught a little bit of the ocean to youtube. Thanks for sharing

  • I LOVE it!!!

  • aww I WANT ONEEE!!!

  • Thank you for sharing that. Very cool.

  • this is so inspriring, Im left speechless because this is SO beautiful, you people have no idea how hard it is to maintain a tank like that, WOW! I just love watching this first thing in the morning!

  • That is soo cool! Seahorses cost a fortune no? This doesnt even look real =). Beautiful.

  • The baby ones are so cute, and tiny. Im wondering, is there a chance of the bigger ones eating them?

  • Thank you for sharing...your seahorses are absolutely lovely!!

  • omg the baby ones are so cute!! : )

  • Oh my gosh, they're so dainty but magnificent at the same time. Oh! And I found Nemo.. >_>

  • aww. thanks for the intresting video!!! and good luck with sweet pea and the rest of your sea horseas!!! :D

  • those seahorses are so damn cute!!!

  • i see nemo! =]

  • I wonder what's their scientific name. Anyone can tell?

I had no idea that they give birth to so many offsprings.

The fact that the male takes care of the eggs is similar to canguro's baby sack.

  • I want a sea horse baby. :D

I want a sea horse in particular. -nodnod-

  • i wish i had a seahorse:)

  • its amazing that male seahorses give birth.thank you for sharing this video.

  • I still don't get what makes the males 'male,' then... but haveing seahorses in your tank is friggin' awsome!

    ^_^

    I might get some soon.

  • It's because the females has eggs, which she gives to the males.

  • O my gosh, my son and I love this, amazing, I want to see after day 11! Wonderful.

  • The best video on youtube! Very educational and beautiful. Keep up the good work. Thx!

  • excellent, awesome

  • That's crazy. you see how the seahorse regurgitate their newborns

  • You dumbass... the mouth is on the face, not the abdomin.

  • mail me the tank please

  • That's wild seeing those baby Seahorses being shot out of the pouch....

  • Excellent video. I thought it was absolutely awesome.

  • where the FUCK did you get sea horses?

  • hmmmm.... i've wanted tostart a seahorse tank, but Ihear they're really hard to care for and that you must hatch live BBS for them. great video, you have a nice reef there.

  • A wonderful video. Thanks

  • I enjoyed this video very much

  • Great video! I love sea horses also and very much enjoyed watching them, esp. the babies!!! Thanks!

  • I have 4 tropical fish/coral/seahorse videos on my channel, though its put to music, you might enjoy it! Everything is live and real!
