Hey perhaps bombing the moon would have something to do with the fact that the moon and it's cycles, or perhaps the vibrations that are reflected or resonated from it to earth have a large effect on humans, I actually read studies about the moon and the interaction with the human 'psyche' for instance there were more murders accounted for on the night of a full moon, etc. I also fully agree with you that the government has no right to waste our money like that. Yes, The only way to have peace is by each person becoming truly peaceful and in this world that takes some discipline and not many peeps are willing to slow down and take the time to do this.
