Great Job. I'm almost done with my homemade teardrop. I find the needed ingredient is love - tempered with patience. Ours is queen size on a used steel chassis I found for under $300.00. Big tires, and long frame (it was for a welder) - perfect for us. So far we have less than 600.00 in it. We put in a "kitchen" from discarded cabinets in our neighborhood. Kinda like a quilt of our neighborhood! An old door is our shelf. Pretty neat hobby. Can't wait for road trip!!
Pretty good batch of trailers. I had quite good success lately, using a royal blue cargo 6 x 12 cargo trailer with diamond plate rock shield and fenders. Over a king's worth of bed, electric and propane heater, fridge, cooler, oak cabinets, tv, etc..
Took it on my redwood grove search. Google this for redwood photos:
mdvaden + Grove of Titans
Largest known redwoods. Passed a couple of teardrops on the way there and back.
Very nicely done. Dang Im starting to get the bug to build or restore one of those. I'm mainly into Canned Hams. But that looks neat. Especially with gas prices the way the are now.
It took me a while to find my way here... Better late than never I guess.
Thanks for doing such an awesome video of IRG1.0!!!
Sure looking forward to IRG2.0 in '08!!!
Now all I gotta do is finish up the Little Feather build, so Joanie and I don't have to borrow anyone's teardrop again and figure out how to do a video myself.
BTW- I need to bend your ear when it comes time to do the electrical wiring on Little Feather... Very Soon, Very Soon.
Really liked the music for this video!
