Hello! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father lost lots of useless fat.
i love the last where she is laying the towel i feel it on love handle, got another one i can i do more reps for the buns & the back of the legs i feel it alittle bit of it. I can't wait until my jeans fit again((:*HUGS*<3 up the good work<3
I want to achieve a hot bikini body for summer ;) But I am already in a nice shape, I just want to tone up more to get rid of the little belly fat I have :D
I really want to get into shape, be healthy and feel good... i randomly get motivated and discouraged, like a roller coaster. I work out pretty consistently but eat horribly, probably 60% of what I eat is unhealthy. I want to buy the program but I don't know if the cost justifies what I would get.... a pamphlet and access to a forum would be really nice but I don't think it's worth the cost. I don't know what to do, I feel so lost! :( Your videos are really helpful and motivating though, thanks

@pinkpensive@lovee00721 if you don't have dumbbells, a great alternative is water bottles, depending on the size of them you can choose the weight and they are easy to hold. hope this helps!

@OmgItsMomoGirl the weights don't seem heavy enough to gain alot of muscle. But these kinds of work outs generally tone, if you just want to tim fat you should do more cardio workouts.

I'm trying to loose my stomach and get toned abs. I'm also trying to get the fat off of my legs and tone them. They're not fat but, they are thick and I would at least like to burn fat off and get them toned. Do you have any videos I could watch or any suggestions you have that I should do?

Im using 5lbs dumbells to do the chest flys but i dont fell any burning. I used to do it a the gym with 20 lbs dumbells on a inclinated bench. Should I change for heavier dumbells?

Oh my gosh it's so good, I use 5 lb dumbbells too and its killer! I up the reps to 20 and it feels amazing after! I also add 3 lb strap on ankle weights the whole time. Love it

I have been doing the bikini strap workout and following the calendar. I have been incorporating the ab circuit video you put out a while back. My question is...I have a pretty flat stomach, but it always looks kind of poochy after my the ab circuit workout. Am I doing it wrong, or is it normal to look a little poochy afterwards? Yay for the printable version in PDF! I tried it out on Friday and then I couldn't go past the first set but I took another try on Saturday and finished all three sets! I used 3lb weights but working my way to 5!
i've been watching your videos for awhile and picking up some tips, and this is one of the first times ive gone through and done one of the workouts and it was great! im so happy im giving it a try! im a competitive swimmer so i have alot of strength already,but i still feel this! i love how i can do more reps/heavier weight to adjust it to my body. thank you! ik you guys get this a million times, but you both have adorable swim suites :D

Hey, also I wanted to ask; would workouts like the v twist (cherrypicker, etc) help make the waist smaller? I'm looking for exercises to lose inches off my waist.

I have been doing the bikini strap workout and following the calendar. I have been incorporating the ab circuit video you put out a while back. My question is...I have a pretty flat stomach, but it always looks kind of poochy after my the ab circuit workout. Am I doing it wrong, or is it normal to look a little poochy afterwards? Keep up the great workouts! I LOVE THEM!!!

Yay for the printable version in PDF! I tried it out on Friday and then I couldn't go past the first set but I took another try on Saturday and finished all three sets! I used 3lb weights but working my way to 5!

i've been watching your videos for awhile and picking up some tips, and this is one of the first times ive gone through and done one of the workouts and it was great! im so happy im giving it a try! im a competitive swimmer so i have alot of strength already,but i still feel this! i love how i can do more reps/heavier weight to adjust it to my body. thank you! ik you guys get this a million times, but you both have adorable swim suites :D

@darkbeauty1e depends on your strength!! we used 5, but you can use 8 :) a lot of it is body weight.
