I love giving Ehlers Estate wines to my (namesake) family.
I applaud the biodynamic practices in the vineyard. A few years ago I had the opportunity to work on a research and development project with an Indian tea estate and its U.S. marketing company. They were practicing biodynamic ag on the Himalayan plantation, producing fine quality Darjeeling teas with a holistic approach to the farming practices. Very nice that Ehlers Estate uses these practices!
