If you mean "how could I audition for a band like this?" then some band's do advertise, but many of the great bands simply approach quality players that are known to them and suggest that they apply. Also, some bands have close links with local music universities that provide a never ending pool. I do know, or at least I believe, that a number of this band's fine players have been together since their National Youth days.
