i landed my first no handed cartwheel ( barani we call it) like a while ago but then i lost them and couldnt do it and now i can do them:) doesnt it hurt your feet to do it on grass because you land so hard ?

@blueduck99 It took me at least 3 months to master it. The best advice i can give is to try doing a power hurdle cartwheel using a spring board so you can get the height for the rotation, then once you feel comfortable with it do a power hurdle cartwheel using a folded panel mat, you'll still have the height but not as much spring which will make it easier to try one on the floor. Also you can always have a spotter at your side grabbing your hips to help with the fast rotation, hope this helps!

How do I get over the fear of going for it? :D btw your aerial is AMAZING....SO FAST!
just totally go for it :) if you have enough spring on the floor to do an aerial then tell your mind that you can do it. It may be helpful to have someone spot you on the side like having their hands at your hips for when you do the rotation then once you feel more confident the spotter will just have a hand out just in case....i hope this helps! keep flipping and feel free to ask more questions! thank you for the comment!

Try to just go herdal and then standing you look like you have slot of power so I think you will get it pretty quick
