@MrWilliamtom Bill did host "Winner Take All", but he wasn't the first host of it on television. He did host it on radio from 1946-1950, but didn't host it on television until 1952. The first television host of it was Bud Collyer, from 1948-1950, and Barry Gray in 1951. A pilot hosted by Sonny Fox was taped in 1956 for CBS, but never made it to air.
The only two times Goodson did host, it was for this show, because it was said to be his personal favourite of all the shows he produced. The first time was filling in for an ill Bud Collyer in 1967, and the second was in 1991 filling in for Alex Trebek while he went to visit his wife in the hospital.

You notice Bill said to Mark Goodson, if they're not careful it's back to "Winner Take All".
"Winner Take All" was Goodson and Todman's first game show and who do you think hosted it...Bill Cullen!!
That's how far back those two went. That's probably why Bill was bowing to Mark at the opening of the show.

"National Association to Aid Fat Americans." Although it wouldn't have such a name today, I think we need 'em!

I always liked how Mark Goodson was not above playing his own games -- and even, upon occasion, hosting them.
(Episode #251 {051-1}; 12th week of 1970-71 season.)
