Your plan of action should be to get some reasonable and selfless (if you can find any) tenured professors on your side. Then, reason with them that a) your teaching load is very low, b) a lot of nonsensical articles you write are useless and no one reads, c) there is a lot of fat in the administration which is a bottle-neck any way and you can do without, d) the country is in recession and we can't afford to give you a raise and actually want to ask you to get a 10% pay cut.
