Actually, John was hardly a difficult person to work with. If you read the book STARTING OVER by Ken Sharp you can clearly see what a hilarious, down-to-earth, warm, brilliant person he was. But he didn't mess around and he knew what he wanted. He treated everyone fairly and was extremely generous and accommodating, but he didn't care for people to mess around & he wanted his songs to sound the way he intended. Plus he wasn't a Yoko yes man either. Read the book- ppl LOVED John.

BTW, has anyone noticed that someone did a bit of creative editing with the audio on this video? I think it was originally intended as a joke. They have switched the tracks to be the opposite to what he's complaining about. The verse he's complaining about wanting each time is actually the one that IS playing.

His and Phil's vocals cut out at times because someone has layered the edited audio on top of video. At other times you can't hear them talk. The mic would actually always be 'on'.
