A good video, with one suggestion: the word "poofiness" doesn't belong anywhere in a video about manliness. Other than that, top-notch work...and thanks for posting.
wow..i expected a higher level of expertise with the PS folds based on the moniker " the art of manliness". IMHO I would offer one tip. Spare the narration and music, add more folding techniques.
@XxBK201xX all would be suitable, although single corner (if a very careful point) followed by the flat fold would be better for a formal event, apologies that you asked this 2 months ago and it may now be redundant, but I thought I would answer anyway out of politeness
I like the music inbetween the ways to fold a pocket square. We hand dye silk scarves including pocket squares so I'll use this video to show how to fold them. Thanks.
Thanks for the help, I had to get a shirt and a pocket square and a shirt for an event tonight at very short notice, I thought 1 of the women in the office would have the method to fold a pocket square, they didn't but 1 gal who just got married recommended your video as she had her fiancee ise it when they were getting married.
I would say that $55.00 is WAY too much money for a pocket square. At many menswear stores, you can probably purchase a nice silk pocket square for less than $10.00. They are not expensive, and they shouldn't be either.
I had to chuckle as this fellow, who is divvying out dress wear wisdom, is wearing a shirt with a collar that is at least 1/2 inch too large, has a tie dimple that is not in the middle, and has collars that look like they are about to take flight! Get some brass collar stays, young man.
But his one saving grace is that he wore a 3 piece suit.
@1stab - When I see the state of dress in the young men today (I will not even start on the young women!) I am quicker to congratulate and compliment a shirt collar that is too large or a misplaced tie dimple than point out his faults. Perhaps he knows and is being maverick, or perhaps it's a simple mistake...either way it's not important.
Or you could just stick a big smartphone in the pocket. c:

You mean vertical folds, not horizontal.
Those instructions on your website are especially confusing without seeing the video.

just wondering (may be a silly question), is a pocket square just for looks or is it to be used as a handkerchief?

@1stab I don't even think it's a three piece suit.. It looks likea cardigan rather than a waistcoat if you're asking me. But I could be wrong
