Hi Skichaser, That is definitely a good comment. I certainly encourage home buyers to ensure they are paying a fair market price. Certainly there is no point in having your government funds simply lost in an increased (and over inflated) purchase price. Heidi
Politics aside, whether it's beneficial to the economy or not, the opportunity is there for first home buyers. In NSW they better be quick because they are about to lose the Stamp Duty exemption on existing homes. The clock is ticking and the end of December is approaching rapidly.
