Beautiful. A good friend of mine father has been restoring a 1929 Ford model T for several years now as a hobbie. We have done a couple road trips down to RM (3 hrs) and some of the cars they have there a breath taking. They also do auctions and consignment sales
@WildBill1006 Cool. The Cubmaster of my Son's Cub Scout troop as a Model T, and we used it to teach the kids about car maintenance. They all got to try out the rumble seat, and they got to see how cars used to be before everything was automatic. We take things like automatic spark advance, fuel injection, and automatic transmissions for granted now. I keep my Royal Enfield Bullet around as a reminder of how things used to be.
@hoohoohoblin That is a great that they do that. I remember as a small boy my Dad would pop the hood of his 69 Skylark and lift me up. I would sit on the front quarter panel and my feet resting on the block. Then my job would get to remove the air filter but had to first unscrew the gigantic wing nut that held the cover in place first.Once that was done I got to pull the wires off the spark plugs, all eight of them. Oh the memories. Now you lift a hood up and all you see is plastic
@WildBill1006 Might sound selfish but forget the kids I love watching your vids on the Royal. I find them absolutely fascinating. Much more that one handed egg crackers and bouncing spiders. Sorry.
@WildBill1006 Ha ha! Yeah, I live in 2 or 3 different worlds and make videos about all of them. In October my most popular video was about a motorcycle, and this month it's a kids toy. The Enfield is awesome, and used ones are really cheap, which is odd. Everyone gawks at it like it's the coolest thing in the world when they see it, but when you try to sell one, you're lucky to get $2,500 for it, which means it's a buyer's market.
100% awesome :o)
