  • I THINK I WAS IN THE WRONG TIME

  • This is the one! Exodus crew....!!

  • Such a tune, kids today just dont know..........

  • THIS is Jungle: a torrent of kicks and snares that make the mind dance along with the body; none of that two-step and amen break DnB bullshit.

It's a disgrace when the oldschool does it better than most of the newschool. The only decent Junglists these days that I know of are part of the Subtle Audio crew.

  • still sounds so good. 94-96 were great years for the dnb scene

  • @LittleBabyBum indeed... best era for jungle/dnb

  • Pete Parsons is the man - the real skills behind the Dj Crystl stuff too

  • that bass is indeed digable. amazing tune!

  • watta choon man this is were its at

  • top quality tune and dj

  • killaa

  • have u heard her tunes nowadays? Terrible isn't a strong enough word to describe them.

  • legend track for the Greek drum n bass fans........Alsos blackroom.....!!!!!!!!!

  • @ilio3

    Legend;)...etsiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

  • this is a temazo

  • dont suppose anybody has DJ rap World of Music? this tune and the B side both appeared on Fantazia takes you into the jungle (1994) but world of music is my favourite tune off the album

  • @theprodicalsonishere

I don't believe there is such a tune.... the tune on the Fantazia album which is credited as ""World Of Confusion" is actually "Droppin' Science Vol. 2" by Danny Breaks. I've never heard about this tune by DJ Rap nor is it featured on her label Proper Talent... maybe it's a mixup with Peshays's tune which is called "World Of Music"?

  • @ThaDarkStranger hmm very strange your right it is peshay world of music. the copy of fantazia takes you into the jungle iv got is 3 disks with disk 3 being dj rap, world of music is track 14 of 17... god knows why its credited as dj rap then i ripped it from CD onto windows media player so its probably whatever that used to find tracklisting is wrong for the album. world of confusion is a 4 second interlude between tracks 1 and 3

  • solid!!

  • I make tunes using reason 4, and to this day i have never been able to work out how Rap managed to get the amen to sound like it does after 2.15.

are the snares being played in reverse or something?

  • @choppageworshipper time stretched possibly

  • @choppageworshipper - the snares have been separated to their own channel where a delay (and reverb) has been added. play around in Reason with various delay settings where the delay doesn't last too long with 2 or 4 repeats

  • @AreULookingAtMe

Wow, thanks mate-thats great to know-will try it :-)

  • What an absolute classic, always one of my faves since i first heard it at the end of 94 sometime.

    Killer :-)

  • 16 YEARS OLD AND STILL THE BASS IS KICKING!!!!!!!

  • love the drop @ 1.29 on this one ....bad ass

  • ohhhhhhhhhhhh rav3h3ad...you lil script knower!!!!

5 STAR nudge on this right here !!!!

    1:29....protect ya neck styleeeeeeeeeeeee!

    Great upload ravegenerator8

  • Ray Keith must have been pissed at the bad spelling

  • @mrbreaker101 Well spotted, I hadn't noticed that.

  • CAN I HAVE THIS ON DISC PLEASE!LOL

  • @k1rkus Somewhat deeper yes, but the I still love good analog sampling and drum programming. There is more flavor in it.

  • 10/10

  • the tune that showed me the real purpose of my life....

    DnB in u r faceeeeeeeeeeeee!!

    Sickkkkkkkkkk....!!

  • ♥

  • Love this!!

  • omg 1994...old as hell )))

  • Are you implying that the tune's age somehow defines its quality?

  • @RAVEGENERATOR8

give me this old stuff not the over polished bland crap of today

  • @misterHankin hear hear!

  • @RAVEGENERATOR8

It does but only with regards to the effects people knew how to do using the tech they had, and the shitty samplers that were around at the time.

The age of a song could probably be worked out, by age due to the sound effects of the technology used to make them/sample them.

It just goes to show though, how much skill and determination these early jungle producers had, i mean i cant make tunes this good over 16 years later :-)

  • @RAVEGENERATOR8 compared to alto of the shit pumped out of bedroom studios etc now..fk yesss! xD

  • @RAVEGENERATOR8 yeah it does, bangin!

  • @k1rkus

This is jungle, the year for proper jungle was 1994-1995.
