I live in an RV in the Arizona desert that is about the size of that room with 3 other people. It's fine. There are few jobs here, and the manager at McDonalds works from 5:30 AM to 11 PM 7 days a week, including Christmas for only $5.15 per hour.

Most of the Chinese who work there typically work 13 hrs a day, 6 days a week. 5 days vacation a year plus thanksgiving and xmas. No insurance or benefits. You get docked for sick days. The guards routinely use violence against the workers for talking back to managers, defying or questioning sweatshop policies, or even walking too fast.
