When I want a challenge, great graphics and sound effects, and immersive gameplay I play Battlefield 3. When i want some arcade-ish gameplay with 360 no scopes and cross-map throwing knifes, I play MW3.
Every game is awesome. Ill play what ill play and you cant do anything about it. But let me tell you something, im not buying same game over and over again, becouse im not a big money waster on same thing over and over (CoD).

I havent played BF3 but have played Bad company 2 and did not like the fact that you run around for 5 minutes and then get killed by some random sniper, does BF3 offer anything better.

Just saying, the best gaming engines out there at the moment would be Unreal Engine (Epic Games) and CryEngine (Crytek). By far are these two the best gaming engines out there. I would probably put Frostbite 2 in 3rd, I wasn't really all that impressed with BF3 when I saw it, but the game did look like it ran pretty smoothly.

Plus I don't get the 60 vs. 35 FPS debate. The human eyes can only see a max of 30 FPS (not see, I mean like can tell when it starts to get choppy), unless you only had one eye then it can see up to 60 FPS.
So because humans naturally have 2 eyes there is no difference between 30 vs 60 FPS. I mean, Frosbite 2 could've added a little more and bring 35 to 30 FPS and there would be no difference between the 30 FPS to 60 FPS.
@vjc8797 Well then your eyes are off for you. The NORMAL (which means healthy) eyes can see only up to 30 FPS, however, unhealthy/damaged eyes need a little more. To me there is no difference between 35 vs. 60 FPS because I don't strain my eyes on a monitor/TV all day long.

Talking about game engines... yeah that makes sense. You're really right about that. It shows how much a publisher cares about quality over quantity. On the other hand, I enjoy BO and COD4 multiplayer the most.
Since I have BF3, I really don't feel like I need to get MW3 right at the start. Let's see if I will buy it at all.
I have played BF3 and it is much more "Smooth" than BC2. But anyone who enjoys casual killing and just fun will get MW3 ; Not to say BF3 isn't fun it just takes more skill and teamwork. Again not saying MW3 doesn't take skill but having to lean to work with teammates, clunkier controls, longer games, and altogether a less player friendly game. So MW3 is just more player friendly, smooth, and a lot more people will buy it. Overall I'm making the decision to buy MW3.

I am a kid. All of my friends are buying CoD MW3, and I pity them. Or as I like to say Cock of Duty Modern gayfuckstupid 3. I really only care about the campaign in cod games, because the multipayer involves no teamwork whatsoever. That's why I think Halo, GoW, TF2, and the BF games, are the most kick ass games on the planet. So I will end up renting MW3, or buying it when call of duty 10 comes out
While I agree with the conclusions, I have some issues with your arguments.
First of all, in your math you count the entire dev cycle, meaning 2 CoDs and one BF. The CoD buyer gets two games, yet you heavily downplay this aspect in the video.
Secondly, IMO you over-emphasize the engine. The engine is, just as the name suggests, the thing the game runs on, the basis. You also need content, and that matters much more. For me BF3 wins that one as well, but it still needs to be mentioned.

Kids see the niceness of call of duty and the advertisements show them wat it is not. People are always going to rage on any cod game. Cod 4 - Frag 3. Cod 5 MP40 Jugg. Cod 6 Noob Tubes. Plus I don't get the 60 vs. 35 FPS debate. The human eyes can only see a max of 30 FPS (not see, I mean like can tell when it starts to get choppy), unless you only had one eye then it can see up to 60 FPS.
So because humans naturally have 2 eyes there is no difference between 30 vs 60 FPS. I mean, Frosbite 2 could've added a little more and bring 35 to 30 FPS and there would be no difference between the 30 FPS to 60 FPS.

@vjc8797 Well then your eyes are off for you. The NORMAL (which means healthy) eyes can see only up to 30 FPS, however, unhealthy/damaged eyes need a little more. To me there is no difference between 35 vs. 60 FPS because I don't strain my eyes on a monitor/TV all day long.

Yes, i agree the Call of Duty franchise has become revenue hungry franchise...people (mostly kids and people who dont have much taste in games) eat it up and play it without even trying new games like BF3 or other FPS games...Battlefield 3 is a great game and i recommend it to anyone....but that is still not going to stop me from buying MW3 i just wont be buying it first thing.....but Battlefield 3 i would definitively get it asap (btw not a BF3 fan boy, i have the past Call of duties 4-7)

ALso since the code for the game that hints there are barely any changes to the game it's self. I have played BF3 and it is much more "Smooth" than BC2. But anyone who enjoys casual killing and just fun will get MW3 ; Not to say BF3 isn't fun it just takes more skill and teamwork. Again not saying MW3 doesn't take skill but having to lean to work with teammates, clunkier controls, longer games, and altogether a less player friendly game. So MW3 is just more player friendly, smooth, and a lot more people will buy it. Overall I'm making the decision to buy MW3.

I am a kid. All of my friends are buying CoD MW3, and I pity them. Or as I like to say Cock of Duty Modern gayfuckstupid 3. I really only care about the campaign in cod games, because the multipayer involves no teamwork whatsoever. While I agree with the conclusions, I have some issues with your arguments.
First of all, in your math you count the entire dev cycle, meaning 2 CoDs and one BF. The CoD buyer gets two games, yet you heavily downplay this aspect in the video.
Secondly, IMO you over-emphasize the engine. The engine is, just as the name suggests, the thing the game runs on, the basis. You also need content, and that matters much more. For me BF3 wins that one as well, but it still needs to be mentioned.

Kids see the niceness of call of duty and the advertisements show them wat it is not. People are always going to rage on any cod game. Cod 4 - Frag 3. Cod 5 MP40 Jugg. Cod 6 Noob Tubes. cod better. heres why. bf3 pros- great sound and graphics, 3 weapons at a time, tanks and jets, defribillator....bf3 cons- no killcams, no killstreaks, only a 1 player game, only 5 games on only 9 maps, and the 2 worst things that screw the game up...its a CAMPING SNIPERFEST and when you shoot an enemy your soldier will stop shooting and go to prone. who does that when engaging an enemy 10 feet away? the enemy gets away or you get shot alot of times. 9 maps and camping=boring

I totally understand what you are saying but I don't really like BF3 i have played it, I also have played BF:BC2 and I just don't like the feel of it. It doesn't appeal to me. Its a personal opinion but I really like cod, and that's why you can't be optimistic in comparing these games because it just comes to personal preference. I much prefer battlefield than call of duty BUT because EA fucked up the multiplayer in battlefield so much i cant play online with my friends which is why i got into video games in the first place and because of that reason i will probley will prefer Mw3 to Bf3.
