The best point in any of the comments is that illegals are not ejected because they, not being in contract with the US INc, are under the constitution.

This is because they have not "understood" via a "meeting of minds" with the USA Inc that they are citizens as opposed to free men and women.

They are only illegal by statute, act, or ordnance, which only applies to contractrees with the entity which wrote the contracts (acts statutes, etc) that state the immigrants are illegal.
