How to paint a Dark Eldar Wych part 1

I know you use gw brushes but how do you get your tips so perfect? The tips on all gw brushes I've purchased come frayed or uneven lengths making it impossible to do good detail painting. I've started considering going to a higher end brush.

@xplorwest if some hairs stick out of the brush just cut them away. most of the time it is only one till 3 hairs that mess up the brush. if you cut exactly them the brush is perfect.

I wanna thank you for this video series. I beleive I will try doing up a couple of wychs. I will probably do the inverse with teh armor and spandex though, my only fear there is I will need to learn to properly highlight black....wish me luck :)

@stevephrgp yes i have. but it is a little bit small. well, you have 2 month left to submit a better picture for the contest. the better the picture, the better are your chances, because i can see more clearly if the miniature is painted god enough to compeet with the others or not.

cool vid. I was thinking of making a Dark eldar army with a red and black color scheme. About female faces looking male.. I think the sculpts are trying to go for an angry face and in that the expression accents bumps and ridges in the face that make the face more masculine. That is just my opinion anyways.

@Terrandos i think it is a male face, she just used it on a female body be accident, there is a clear diffference between male and female if you look

you have any tips for spraying white? because my spray gruns down, and the plastic is very clearly seen. could you help me?

@NinjaJawa 30 cm distance with slight sprays untill the right coverage is arrived. don´t spray to close or to much. you don´t need to cover the model 100%. the primer is just there to hold the colour better. try to avoid snow storm miniatures ;-)
