9 people dont like skittles ! haha but i had to get this stuff at the dentist & she said that it smells like space lol i was lasked her & i said how did you get it ? she said a dog brought it (:
@Bella0479 You probably did, but the drug made you forget the drifting off part. Memory loss of a few minutes before you go under is common, so far as I know. I had my appendix out and I don't remember anything after going through some double doors. :)
I'd ask anyone considering Gerson Therapy to actually look at Lorraine Day's website. It's all links on how to buy her silly products (books, dvds, etc).
@AtomRage Waiting for an argument...you're kidding, right? You will, someday, regret living your life in a fog of your own making. Knowing nothing, contributing nothing, and meaning nothing.
@AtomRage If by "evident" you mean based on actual evidence yielded through controlled, peer-reviewed studies, that's something you'll never see associated with "Gerson Therapy."
Medicine, good medicine, is based on science and reason. Not anecdotal reports of miraculous recoveries.
@AtomRage Oh? The evidence for the efficacy of Gerson Therapy isn't anecdotal?
Have you ever once bothered to research this topic? Ever?
My opinion is biased only in my own desire for appropriate cancer treatment. And if that entails shooting down morons posting thoroughly-discredited theories as alternatives to actual cancer treatments on Youtube, so be it.
Go on. Give me ONE peer-reviewed study from a reputable source that has established the effectiveness of Gerson Therapy. One.
@AtomRage I apologise to the video poster, for the arrogance of the other poster, and for their posting of utter rubbish, and foul name calling, please delete these posts if you choose.
@AtomRage You're trying to apologize for me? For what? Calling you a moron? That would have something to do with the fact that you are telling people to hand their children's' LIVES over to snake oil salesman instead of seeking actual treatment.
I'm still waiting to hear about a single peer-reviewed study or reputable journal supporting your claims or, ESPECIALLY, the claims of Dr. Day (who has made a fortune lying to ignorant, scared parents).
@AtomRage I would lose my job and my life? Really? Doctors Without Borders has a vested interest in pediatric oncology, now, do they?
I don't want to trash talk anything. I just want you to produce a single convincing piece of evidence for your claims.
Quoting a bloody documentary as a "reputable source" is outrageously and hilariously ludicrous an assertion as I have ever heard come from the mouth of a person who claims to be educated.
@Valyn66 You will find out one day hopefully sooner rather than later, that the bullshit you have been told is exactly that, its bullshit, chemo kills people, it is extremely toxic to the human body, and they give this crap to children.
@AtomRage I can't even believe you just said that. Peer reviews mean nothing. Studies, by association, then, must also mean nothing, yes?
So, in other words, the entire history of human science is false. It's all a lie. We "establishment types" just sit around in dark rooms reviewing eachothers' studies and plotting new ways to hurt the patients we devote our lives to.
You are ridiculous. What you said would negate every facet of human science. Not just medicine...everything.
@AtomRage It's impossible to argue with someone like you. You are, in essence, a cultist. You reject any dissenting evidence as "part of the conspiracy" while worshiping at the alter of men and women who COMMERCIALIZE the business of deception at the cost of real people, real patients, real lives.
There is a MOUNTAIN of evidence against these theories. Those of us who know anything about science and medicine can immediately recognize them as modern day snake oil.
@AtomRage Pointing the finger? What are you even talking about? I'm simply pointing out the ABSURDITY of trying to say that I have a more vested interest than someone selling books and dvds.
@AtomRage Believe what you want, it's your right to be ignorant, but DO NOT try to impress your faulty, conspiratorial, views on people with real children suffering from real diseases.
You do an outrageous disservice to both yourself and any poor, desperate parent who latches on to your ideas as a ray of hope in a term of terrible crisis.
@AtomRage Chemotherapy doesn't save lives, huh? Not ever? Hmm... Look, I'm done with this. Anyone reading these comments sees you for the deliberately ignorant little nutcase you are.
@AtomRage I know all about Lorraine Day. Tell me, in what journal were her results reported? What peer-reviewed study did she successfully submit or even co-author?
Thank you so much for posting this video.....it was a life-saver in getting my 5 year-old daughter over her phobia of the oxygen/gas mask. She's headed back to St. Jude for a follow-up and I really wanted her to be at ease with going under anesthesia. Thank you so much! I hope Preston is doing well....he's adorable!

AND IM GOING TO BE KNOCKED OUT ALSO BUT WITH LAUGHING GAS AND AN I.V! IM GOING HAVE JEWELERY IN MY MOUTH!!!!!!! YAHHHHHHHHH!
I wonder if it really smelled like skittles? Cause that would be awesome!! (I'm having surgery in about 2 weeks to remove my gallbladder. I'm really really nervous)
@JJJUBFFS they can scent the mask with a wipe of grape cherry along the inside the gas stinks in january i had surgery i got the mask at the last second and it was stinky but then i was out cold they have all kinds of flavors dont be nervous

The only time I had general anesthesia, the pre-op shot left me completely out of it. The next thing I remember was the clock reading 2:30. In the morning. The next day!
