I have the latest gen. I finally figured out what to do though. Popsloader. Then I choose either 3.8 or 4.01. Thanks for your reply though!

Hey, I got riven working on my psp with the help of the link given here. Thanks.

However, there are freezes that occur always in the same spot with this game. What are my options to fix this?

wich firmware do you have?

for me, it works without freeze on the 3.80-6 m33, upper versions may give some problem. But i still have to test it with the last one from the team gen.

ok when i leave the first island and switch discs i waalk around the 2nd island but when i interact with certain things it locks up and i cant move. Do hav a solution?

load iso(s) into it choose the title, compression level and press MAKE

how do you switch discs when you cross from one island to the next? Did you create one eboot for the entire game or do you have all five on separate eboots?

yes, it's just one eboot. when it asks to change disc, press start, in the pops menu there is a "change disc" option

Popsloader? So, forgive me if I'm ignorant, but how did you get this on PSP?

1) PSP is capable of loading PS1 Games Converted to Eboot format.

2) POPS is the PS1 emulator by Sony on the PSP

3) So every PSP has a POPS built into it.

4) Some games work with older / nerwer version of POPS.

5) SO what popsloader does is enabling loading of older POPS onto your firmware *temporarily*. Some games run better on older version of POPS = reason you want popsloader.

Ofcourse you need a hacked PSP to use the POPSLoader plugin.
