you can't make human cheese. or at least right now. because the protein content in human milk is less than that in cow's milk. also, the protein in mammalian secretion is far easier to digest. if there is information out there to debunk this or someone has found a way to combat this, let us all know. because i think that we would all love the taste of mother's love.
