Beyond that, a true communist system is by definition egalitarian. So women have got the same rights as men.

People far too often forget the great strides the USSR took to give women equal rights within society. Communism is one of very few political groups to have strong, well-known and respected female leaders (Dolores Ibárruri and Rose Luxemburg being just two of the most notable), yet the so-called brilliant capitalist ideological groups have yet to see a truly strong female leader.
