I heard somewhere that the whole thing about Michelle falling off the drainpipe and consequently being in plaster had to be written into the storyline in a big hurry when the actress really was injured and couldn't move about normally. I don't know if it's true, but it would certainly explain why in three consecutive episodes (this one and the previous and next) we only see her on a drainpipe, on a stretcher, in a wheelchair and under a table! Can anyone shed any light?

I am starting to think that officer crabtree has the best lines and also the best delivery of them. his cheerful manners lend such a quality to the story, very strong influence on the plot
