  • Saws on a knife is for notching for making shelter not for saw throught trees, but is does look like overkill.

  • I thought of buying this knife, until I actually held one. For an SOG(I own a few) and $40,I'd much rather buy a Cild Steel machete or the Gerber Parang machete. Bigger blades for work and better quality. I was very disappointed in the overall finish of the knife, very cheap, especially since it has SOG's name on it. I carry a first production RTAC as my field knife. Alot more money, but well worth the price.

  • If it wasn't for the saw back, I would consider it a good knife, but for a field knife, having one of those cheap saw backs is a bad idea. What you want in a big knife is the ability to baton. A 10 inch or larger blade is great to baton with. Though to pay 70 Euros for a knife of this poor quality (in relationship to price that is) is ridiculous. It is not worth more than $30.00 USD which I imagine is about 10 Euros?

  • bear grylls should buy one of this =D

  • The knife goes for €70 here, a lot cheaper in the U.S. Awesome knife though, recently bought it and scared the damn out of everyone who saw it :D

  • How much ??

  • You got those ferns good!

  • Great knife! I have the same. The handle sits rock solid in hand.
