  • 10 persons gotta be crazy...

  • Un regalo para los oídos y para el alma.

    León Halegua

  • Hm, I wonder if this guy and Django ever jammed? Now that would've been a jam.

  • @burnindownthehouse foolish child, take your unsophisticated comments elsewhere

  • @porchmonkey401k Foolish? Unsophisticated? Because I think gypsy jazz and classical guitar might sound good together?

  • @burnindownthehouse precisely, there is a strict integrity to this style of playing and its idiots like you that give classical guitarists a bad name

  • @burnindownthehouse not to mention your use of the phrase "jammed together" seriously man what do you think this is? This is the next level of music for you apparently so learn how to handle it

  • @porchmonkey401k I have no time for elitist, pretentious snobs such as yourself.

  • @burnindownthehouse thats because you are unmotivated waste, the world has no time for you

  • 5:40 look at segovias eye

  • MASTER SEGOVIA

  • Oi who has the sheet music for this?

  • @Aurelius27x - It's called your local music store, or SheetMusicPlus, or Guitar Solo. Pay for it.

  • @JohnSmithZip90210 HA or torrent 3 gbs of music, shoot i must have everything

  • Trust the universe and make it happen.

  • the deep sound is due to him being tuned down a whole tone and then dropping the low 'E' down to 'C' - like drop 'D' tuning with the whole instrument one tone lower...

  • @guitarquartet - Nonsense. It's Segovia's always amazing right thumb. A very thick sound. This was a normal "drop D" tuning. It's NOT tuned down to C!

  • @JohnSmithZip90210 baroque D, in A440 is C#, G# C#, F#, A#, D#

  • @porchmonkey401k thanks

  • Simply brilliant..

  • segovia estaba bencecido por dios

  • The grand maestro. He even still sounds magnificent on my old monophonic records of 50 years ago!

  • SEGOVIA ES MI DIOS!!!1

  • deep sound. beautiful performance.

    глубокий звук и прекрасное исполнение.

  • The last section of this version of the Suite is not by De Visee. It is the "Courante" from the Suite in D by Manuel Ponce, which was styled after Alessandro Scarlatti.

  • @davinort yes that was ponce. out of context but refreshing:)

  • Micchelino74 - sorry i accidentally marked your nice comment as "spam"!! I didn't mean to.

Thanks a lot for posting this, freeguitarnotes, and by such a great artist: a splendid rendition of a beautiful piece!

  • Thanks for the great video!

  • grande segovia

  • Hello, its a very interesting video! Because of this fact, that I am a BIG!!!!!!!!!!! fan of Andres Segovia. And I play guitar for many many years and I am from Czech Republic. And the music of french composer R. de Visee is so misterious, so beautiful and nice!!!!!!!!!! I know this piece Suite in D minor very well, because I know, that this suite is recorded by many guitarists in the world.
