I have a problem with my two Amps that are conected, Line6 and the V-amp. the problem is that i cant get a good distorted sound (Kill Em All Metallica sound ex.) and a good clean sound (Jimi hendrix sound ex.) i cant get those two sounds to sound good when i am able to use the footswitch. My clean gets too distorted and the other way my distorted is to ''clean'' if you now what i mean...

@fahadxile I did the same thing, just drilled holes on the board so it would fit, and also used velcro but.... it doesnt stick too well, at least for me, I think it is because the vamp doesnt have enough surface

i have no preset in mine .... i can access the bank of osund i download via the editor software .. i loaded a .sysex ... but i cant access it .

i dont know how you guys have preset on it... but im sure i dont in v-amp2 . i can change bank and get different sounds . thats not how mine work . i need ot turn knob by knob to get a sound and forge it myself . i downlaod great patches but nothing work .

and their manual is so unclear .

Hey Guy, for you in USA its only $ 100 bucks...HAHEHE. Here in Brazil this thing is R$ 500 ($250). Look that now i could by a FENDER BLUES JUNIOR all valve, thats really rocks. But this v-amp sounds great. But in my opinion the real sound are diferent, nobody can make a real valve sound without a valve. This equip is great for beginners. Bye.

hey i need help with my v-amp2! pls reply!

i have it pluged from my guitar to the v-amp and from the v-amp line out to my peavey bandit112 amp.

it sounds SHIT!!! i've tested all the effects / amp models and i have tested with clean and overdrive amp , it sounds like you have a 10w amp.

and have really high volume.....and when i listen to this video it's awesome....

am i doing anything wrong?

yes i have volume on the v-amp.

i've tried low volume on the v-amp and high volume on the amp.

and i've tried high volume on the v-amp and low on the amp....

and the cables are ok

Hi!!! sorry my english sucks hope you understand, first you must connect the vamp to the return input in the effects loop of your amp, then pressing b and d in the v amp set the mode to L3, and tweak the eq. That must work hope it helps cheers from Argentina!!!

Yeh, zoom are at worse end. Nice setup man I might get an ME-2 now lol. Boss are no doubt top of the range cos they filppin expensive, and sound awesome, behringer offer great value for money tho, I have the same v amp, you can litterally do anything with it, just to a medium qaulity, its worth £80 new.

The V-amp takes the place of your pedals usually. The connection would go: guitar -> v-amp -> amp. If you are using other fx pedals the order would work best with: guitar -> v-amp -> fx pedal/fx ->amp

hey the best way to hook that v-amp up is to run it into the pwr amp input of your guitar amp. so basically it acts as a preamp for your amp and sounds more like the amp models. Then you can run your pedals into the v-amp. Make sure when you do that its used on S1.

ahaha. i own a v-amp 2, the distortions are pure crap. youll need another pedal with a fair amount of gain, but you wont get anything half decent for heavy metal and such from the v-amp 2 alone.

Whatever AhKillYu. I use Behringer and play metal. People are always commenting on how good my distortion sounds. Its all in how you set it up. I can get face melting tone, just watch my vids if you don't think this thing can do metal!!!

Dude, I never got any compliments on my guitar sound UNTIL I got the V-Amp 2...and I play metal. In fact, I've found that some of the amp models have TOO MUCH gain. The Savage Beast with the gain set a little past 3 o'clock has all the gain I need.

please could you show (me) just the Arion Tubulator directly to the amp(with the neck pu), im planning to get one, but i cant find any decent sample anywhere, at the beginning of the video it sounds really cool but you have something other thing going on too from the vamp2. Andy,

The tubulator is a very transparent pedal, somehow it enhances the high freqs and emphasizes the tone of the guitar itself. It does have some good gain also, almost similar to TS clone pedals. You should get this pedal if you want to play clean and tubey or tube-overdriven tones without the actual tubes like 12ax7 hehehhe. The effects other than the tubulator has little effect on my tone, the real arsenal is my tubulator. You wont regret it.
