There have been some really funny ones mentioned so far (the two in the video and Israel 2000), but I am surprised no one has said Latvia 2009 or Croatia 2006, yet. Both are great musically and hilarious lyrically and performance-wise. I didn't really like this entry the first time I heard it, but it has grown on me since then, but Iceland 2006 is also pretty funny....and Ireland 2008.

You know lyrics of Chiki chiki are a bit smart after all...it laughs at latin and spanish words (mogollon, bragas, perrea, Alcorcón), and the dancers were just hilarious. So it's my choice.
