I like the apple at the end lol. We used to do this on the farm a lot. 6 kids will eat a pig lol nice vid... Try raw sugar on the skin it is wonderfull

cuban lechon is the best. philipino lechon is served cold. Also Puerto Rican lechon is really good.

@ordfleetserviceclerk: I've always had Filipino lechon served hot right off the spit. The skin is so crunchy and my family usually fights for a piece - almost before it even gets to the buffet table. I've tried others and still believe Filipino lechon is the best - ask Anthony Bourdain.
