I'll be honest, I have never once gotten a complaint about Bettie's barking. Heck, half the time the neighbors dog barks right back. And we stop her from going out to late and doing it at like midnight.
I don't know, probably not. This is the home of the Iditarod, so people like their dogs a lot. I took that in an alley. The building it's across from has some businesses; I'm sure the dog doesn't really bother them because they probably don't hear it.
