For those of you who can't get the brushes: Make sure you have Gimp 2.6. Obsidian Dawn's brushes only work for certain versions.

create a new layer then apply then eyelash brush and use the perspective tool to size it, then use the move tool to postion it

re-install Gimp and try again, remember to extract the zipped folder that you downloaded and choose ''extract here'' using a file archiver such as 7zip or winrar whatever then paste the extracted file into the brushes folder. Or use windows extractor, right click and choose ''extract all''
