I bought this cassette when I used to live in New York at a record store in Mahattan near to City Hall. It has been been in my car ever since. I know every track on this cd. I just recently bought the cd from one of Amazon sellers. I love this track and Bouquet and Ms Sussanna and of course the others. He lives in Brazil near my mother country.
Well I need to go to your mother country, because the women down there is like no other women. They're the most beautiful women I've ever seen. But on another subject, I've searched for this cassette/CD and a few record store claimed that they could get it, but couldn't. Now I can get anything, anywhere, anytime. Thank GOD for the internet and thx for sharing your story.

My parents recorded it, and a bunch of other Djavan songs and used to play it in the car all the time, all the way through the mid-90s and early 2000s until the tape was just.... -killed-. And now I keep coming back to it on youtube. How awesome is it that such a great song and artist could be with me for every decade of my life thus far. :)
Some music has soul to it. What I mean is lets take for instants rap music you hear it today and within 2-3 month later it's old news, because there no memory, heart, and soul poured into it, all they talk about is getting theirs, robbing, killing, etc., but if you look at the music for the 80's to the 50's that music has a lot meaning to it. It's strange how music can effect people. This is just my interpretation of what I see and what I feel in my heart. Thx & M Xmas
